RELOAD BBOS 10 AFTER FATAL ERROR 0015

hey guys,

 

im desperate and I could use some help!

 

I was perfoming a security wipe on my z10 but since it was taking too long I decided to pull the battery out!

 

After that phone is useless and shows on screen about an error and a link www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 which by the way does not exist!! IT IS RIDICULOUS!!

 

Anyway after a little digging on Google I just need to reload the OS of my device! But whenever i try to do this through the BlackBerry Link it says "Cannot repair due to an error null" and seems to be loading the bar forever!

 

How am I supposed to fix this?? Please help!!

 

Btw Im a mac user but if nessecary I can find a windows PC.

This should help you out

 

Before completing the step below, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Link at www.blackberry.com/blackberrylink.  

Reload the BlackBerry 10 OS. See KB34045 for steps. 

If the Blackberry 10 OS does not reload or displays the same symptoms, then it is recommended to bring the smartphone back to place of purchase for service.

thanks for taking the time to reply ro my question!!

 

I was following the instructions on the article you send me so the only glitch might have been the BB Link outdated app! But still it is up to date!! No newer version exists!!

 

So, I will be probably taking it to customer service!!

BUT how frustrating really???

Phone went useless like that! This is SOO BlackBerry!!
