Re: need help

Every time I delete a email from the z10 it also deletes it from my outlook (office 365) and it gone? It never used to do that when I was running the 9900? What can I do to stop this as I need the emails I deleted?

Please use plain text.

Re: need help

You're now using ActiveSync technology rather than the traditional BIS. Your device reflects exactly what is on your server, and when you delete, it deletes from the server as well.

Instead of deleting emails you can file the email to a different folder if you want.

Re: need help

And the 'transport' to your device is ActiveSync.

Re: need help

No.

You can file those messages.

Your Z10 doesn't have any email limit, why are you deleting those messages if you also need them?

Re: need help

Because before with my 9900 it had a option only delete on handset and the messages would be saved on outlook and when I got in I could either delete what I wanted and file the rest in my outlook files. Now I cant?

Please use plain text.

Re: need help

Correct, at least for now, until that function is added or updated.
