Hi guys, the **bleep** that I am, I changed my Blackberry ID password because my Playbook wasn't recognising the password that worked fine with my Z10. Now that I've changed it, I can't remember what the password is, and although I chose an easily recognisable recovery question, it doesn't seem to be accepting my answer either and now my Blackberry ID account has been locked.
Is there any way to re-set the password and answer to the recovery question? I can't seem to find any information relating to this, even though my phone keeps prompting me to go to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberryid to re-set it without needing an answer to the recovery question. I couldn't find it at all!

hi guys, thanks for the links. I tried them, but whenever I put in my registered user e-mail, but it tells me that I've exceeded my no. of attempts at recovering my password and entering the wrong answer to the security question, even though I hadn't changed this. Any advice?

However, I've never before heard of exceeding the number of password recovery attempts...please provide that exact and complete error message...or, better still, you can look it up in the public KB database:
