Remember Problem

I received an e-mail earlier, putted a flag on it and it automatically went into Remember in the unfiled container, I opened the container to try and file the e-mail in the work container, but the work container is not listed on the available container to file things into, in fact there is no container that are listed in the choice where to file things in Remember. I do not use Balance or BES, so it is not a question of the container be on the wrong side of the Z10

Re: Remember Problem

Have you been able to file other "unfiled" entries into the Work folder?

Never tried it before, it is the first time that I flag something, all of the folder except for the unfiled one have the elephant that you told me before makes them belong to Evernote

Re: Remember Problem

Yes, those with the "elephant logo" are Evernote entries.

If you want to move them to another folder, you need to first create those folders. They can't be moved from "unfiled" to an evernote folder.

Good luck.
