Re: Restoring Data Issue

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You are in a difficult situation...at present BB10 does not support backup/restore via BB Protect. Hence, even though you have backup data there, your Z10 cannot be restored from it. And there is no method to extract the data from the BlackBerry servers for use otherwise.

Sadly, I think that you are stuck, unless you happen to have a Desktop Software backup file that you can use.

Good luck!

That might be possible...it's worth a try at least!

Re: Restoring Data Issue

On what? The "old" BB? If it's already associated to a BBID, you have to WIPE it and then log into the BB ID you want to move to that BB.
