I am also having the same problems, and I am a Saskatchewan user. I have tried all the suggestions that I have found in the threads, but none have worked.

You are having the same problems because there is no fix for the problem yet.

Look at the 3rd post: he submitted a bug to the developers and they were able to replicate it, but they need to fix it.

 

A temporary fix is that you can set your timezone to "-7 Mountian time". and all the dates and times will be correct.

The only problem that I have thought of for making this change is that if you enter in a calander event that is recurring or an event that is after DST ends, your event will be wrong (when DST ends ***November 3rd, 2013***).

It corrects the time stamp but not the calendar....

This was the update as of 1pm today.

At this point the issue has been identified and will be fixed in a future version of software for the device. at this time we do not have any information as to when this update will be available.

For now a workaround would be to set the device’s to Mountain Time (-7) until the update is available.

Just wanted to add to this.  I'm having an additional problem.  I also live in Sask btw.  But when I changed to mountain time, my incoming sms messages are now 2 hours off instead of just one and I can't change it back lol.  Also, changing to mountain time did nothing for the calendar.  I hope the fix comes soon.  I'm so disappointed with blackberry.  My dad's old filp phone doesn't have issues like this........absolutely rididculous.

With new operating systems comes bugs. Sad to say but Saskatchewan is often overlooked in testing software.
Just wondering if you rebooted your blackberry after changing the timezone? I know I needed to reboot to get mine to work. Mine was not working before and it is now on the mountain time zone.
