STUCK AFTER SECURITY WIPE

pleeeeease help me 

 

after i did security wipe in my bb z10 it told me to update it after that it didn't donwload anything it's only stuck with 0% and didn't donwload !

 

i restarted my device many many times and it's the same thing and if i click cancel it didn't cancel 

 

please i need help :smileysad:
