Screen

I have a problem with screen. I don't know what happened but the down part of the screen became like a shadow of main part. What should I do?

Re: Screen

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I'm not quite sure I understand...if the problem is in the actual display area of the glass, please take a screen shot (hold up/down volume buttons together) and post that. If the problem is outside of the display area, please give more of a description.

Also, have you tried the basic -- a reboot?

Good luck!

Re: Screen

I made a screenshot of screen and it was fine, like nothing happened

So I think it is outside of screen

But the phone never fell on the ground

Re: Screen

So, the problem is with the glass itself, not the actual display. As such, that's a physical problem, which of course cannot be dealt with at an internet-distance. Your best option is to inquire with your original place of purchase for warranty evaluation.

Good luck!
