hiya all, im new to the whole blackberry world

im after help on mms i cant send or receive them any ideals.

Also uploading photos to facebook it wouldn't let me do that either not sure if that was the phone or facebook.

Any help please

Have a chat with Vodafone customer services as it's probably a bar thats on your sim, there is 2 places for them to take the bar from your account for MMS and it will usually take up to 24 hours to work.

i phoned them and they said the was no bar on it,

So did I and 3 times they said there was no bar on mine, after going into a Vodafone shop the guy looked at my account and said there was still a bar on it and took it off and lo and behold it worked.

they have sent me the settings now but it still dont work looks like i will have to go in the shop then

You'll need to wait a while as they say it can take up to 24Hrs for the system to be updated.

the sent they sent was what was on the phone all ready though
