Hello to everyone
I am currently testing a Z10 to see if this device might be the right one to replace my current one.
My BB connects correctly to our exchange-server @ work. However, in Outlook I work with <Unread Mails>. I have several rules that automatically put my mails into the appropriate subfolders. How can I have this unread mails function constantly active on my phone? It doesn't seem to take into account subfolders correctly.
Regards

Hey Helixrx8,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
The BlackBerry Z10 will show all new incoming emails that hit the inbox and whatever folders you have setup for synchronization.
Do you have all of your folders synchronized? Also are you setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server as well.
I look forward to your reply.
Cheers.

Good morning ViciousFerret
For your questions:
I activates "Synchronize all E-Mail Folders"
The BB Hub / Specific account option only shows the messages in my Inbox-Folder. It doesn't show the messages in Subfolders. I've found a workaround by selecting inbox -> search -> Filter unread. It shows all unread including the subfolders - I'd like to have this as a standard setting.
I am not setup on an BES. We have an Exchange-Server @ work.
