Sim hard holder broke

I broke the copper strip while taking my sim out , do you think it is repairable by warranty ? and even if not by warranty is it repairable or the phone is useless now ? thanks.

Re: Sim hard holder broke

It's going to be difficult, being very minute repair work, but you should begin with Du and ask.

Re: Sim hard holder broke

In most of the phones the SIM card socket is part of a circuit board. The service department would change the circuit board.

If you send the phone for service, they can fix this for you. I doubt you can fix it yourself unless you are trained and equiped to do mobile phone service. On top of that the phone manufacture would have to want to sell you the part.
