Software Update Stuck!

Ive just received my Blackberry Z10.

Gone through most of the setup, it is now stuck on Software Update and nothing is happening.

The phone is plugged into mains power, has been for about 2 hours.

I've plugged the phone into Blackberry Link software and pressed on restore, it's found the phone, but then says theres no software available for your phone, I've tried this on 2 computers with the same result.

 

What do I do now?

 

Optus want's to send the phone away for warranty which could take a couple of weeks, I just want this sorted out?
