Software upgrade-HELP ME!

I upgraded my software (connected to WiFi as recommended) and device when restarted won't come back on, it is stuck on the blue blackberry logo on a black screen. Help! I need it back up!

Remove the battery then replace it. If it still won't start up, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Link.

Unfortunately neither of these worked. I had tried them both before but still tried again, no luck.
