Start up my new blackberry 10... Connect to computer

Hi, I got my new blackberry 10. I can't open it. I only have a black screen with a drawing connecting the mobile to a computer. I tried to connect it to the Blackberry Link but is not connecting. What to do...?

Please use plain text.

Do you have a SIM card in the Z10?

Do you mean that you can't turn it on even when not connected to a computer and only get the icons on the screen?

If so you should follow KB33480
