ok, I found there APN settings for SMS, but are in blank.
I'll find out on the web the APN from my carrier (Movistar Argentina). i tell you later.

Well, I have entered the details of my carrier APN, but not allow me to save, and exit the settings are back in white. I think we're close to finding something. I will continue to look about the APN settings. THANKS!

Did you enter the APN settings with the SIM card in or out if the phone?

Please help, am facing the same problem. Sim card from unknown source, not even making an emergency call!

Did you try as suggested above by going through the HUB?

I restarted the phone by removing the battery. I was able to access the APN Settings. The settings are correct according to my carrier. The error message has changed from "Sim card from Unknown source " to "not connected "
Still no calls, no data services. Why can't the phone make an emergency call?

you can not access as in you don`t have the settings available for APN or you can not save the settings you make in APN? Please try to give as detailed answers as you can so we don`t spend out time here trying to second guess what people want.
