Re: Two issues with the Z10

Argh. Ok since you're not fully explaining...

try this with your device Wifi turned off.

try it with your mobile network turned off and Wifi only connected.

Try the full five minute battery out as i mentioned above.

If nothing else, it might be time for you to wipe and reload the OS.

Re: Two issues with the Z10

Let me explain: The connection signal is 3G. The problems mentioned perist when after numerous reboots and batterypulls when on 3G. When I switch over to WiFi, the same results. I have done a wipe and reloaded the OS. No Resolve. Aargh Indeed........

Re: Two issues with the Z10

When you deleted the Facebook app, how did you reinstall it?

Re: Two issues with the Z10

  • Try deleting Facebook from the device again.
  • Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
After rebooted, return to AppWorld and download again.
  • Now, see if it connects.
