Unable to receive email after latest OS upgrade

I upgraded my OS a week ago and since am not receiving emails from my web based account.  This mhappened the last time I upgraded but a simple re-enter of my password and it was functioning again.  This time it isn't working.  Strangely, I am able to send emails but not receive. Using port 993 for imap and 465 for smtp.  In edit account there is in red "Unexpected problem has occured for account..... Some features may not be working correctly."

Please help.

No response required now.  I ended up deleting the account, hard reset, and then entering account again and got it working.  Only any emails on my phone were deleted in this process which was annoying.

Z10 with latest OS upgrade.
