Updates from Z10 to Exchange 2010 ActiveSync

We are beta testing the Z10 and are running into a strange issue.  Emails are being delivered to the device and if a message is marked as read in Outlook it is being reflected on the device.  If an email is read on the device or deleted, there is a delay 8-30 minutes before the action is reflected in Outlook/Exchange. If a manual refresh is done on the device then the changes appear in Outlook/Exchange.

Any thoughts?

Hey b2crawfo,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Go into Settings> Accounts> Select the Account> Advanced> What is the Sync Interval set to? If you turn 'Off' Push the Sync interval can be set (5min, 10min, 15min etc), if it Push is 'On' ActiveSync's Sync Interval is typical 15 minutes.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.  Is there any way to shorten the Push interval? Shouldn't the device be sending updates back to the server if a synced folder registers a change?
