Hi. I'm hoping you can help me. I've supplied my BB ID password on my BB 10 Z and it's hung with the spinning circle in the middle of the screen with the phrase, 'Signing in to BlackBerry ID' underneath. I've cancelled out and logged into my account on my laptop and changed the password. I then power cycled the device and tried to login again using the newly updated password, but with the same result.
Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

I would suggest performing a backup of your data using BlackBerry Link and then perform a security wipe. Go to Settings>Security>Security Wipe
This will erase all data off the BlackBerry Z10 and then try to access BlackBerry World prior to restoring any data.
