Visual Voice Mail is a carrier controlled application, I would suggest checking with your network service provider to see if the service is setup.

I'm with Orange France and just moved my Sim from an Iphone 5 (with an adaptator).
On the Iphone 5 I had Visual Voice Mail...
Anyhow, in spite of everything you can read and in spite of the remaining glitches, I just love what you have done with the Z10. Keep on going!

I called Orange and went through escalated services who finally said that everything was configured properly. I then hoped that after the OS update It would work but no luck.
Any of you have working Visual Voice Mail?
