My company has a voice mail server that records all voice mails left on my phone and then forwards them to my MS Exchange work email as a wav file attachment. MY BB Z10 retrieves my work emails using MS ActiveSync and, of course, the emails with the wav voice mail attachments are part of this process.
When I play back the voice mail wav file attachment on the Z10, the speed is about double or triple the normal playback speed and all of my callers sound like Alvin and The Chipmunks. The same message sounds normal when I retrieve my email on my home PC.
Is there a fix for this that I can implement?
Is this a known flaw in the BB OS 10?
If not, how do I make BB aware of it so they can implement a fix in a future OS upgrade?
