Weak mobile network after update

Hi, 

 

Initially i have problems updating the software on z10. After successfully updating my software to the latest one 10.0.10.82, the mobile network has been terrible. Prior to the update, mobile network as great. 

 

Not at any point of time it was at H+...its either at GSM ...or no line at all. 

 

My friends on the same telco who has not done the update yet has no issue. 

 

Any idea of how to solve this issue?

Have you called your mobile provider to report this issue?

Hi Sanders..

 

I called them up and they mentioned that everything is working fine on their side. Nevertheless, they will still look into it and update me if there're any issues identified.

You should ask Celcom to escalate your issue to BlackBerry Technical support.
