What's the problem?

i have a z10 for a month and i buy it in the online shop then now am facing a problem the i cannot ask in the shop bcoz when my friend is calling me using his billing mobile he cannot contact me and some of my friend is calling me iin land line same thing happen but in regular sim they can call me i try 2 or more sim and same thing they cannot connect to me but when the sim i use in other mobile i can recieve there call in landline someone can help me pls i need to know the cuase and how to make it thanks

Have you tried contacting your carrier? I'd do that first before trouble shooting anything else.
