When is a contact not a contact ?

Answer: when you get a phone call from them and their name does not display.

My colleague is currently testing my Z10, and this is one of his observations. Sometimes he gets calls from his regular contacts but the phone just displays the number instead of the name.

He has a spare sim coming in the post and he's already waiting for it to arrive so he can go back to his Curve 9300.

Re: When is a contact not a contact ?

Hello mfarmilo,

Thank you for your question regarding Call Display on the BlackBerry Z10.

It is possible that they may be experiencing the following issue:

Caller ID does not show associated contact when country code is included in phone number - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33685

As listed in the article, this is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team.

We hope to have a resolution in the near future.

Thank you.
