Why did my calendar not transfer from bold to z10

Hi.. No help for this anywhere including rogers (provider). I used the link app on my laptop and my calendar on my phone associated with my rogers email did not appear. Under accounts I can see all my email accounts listed, including the rogers one but not under the calendar list where all my hotmail emails are. Have tried syncing twice now and it says that calendar is included.

Just to clarify, you have the rogers.com email address listed under Accounts and also rogers.com Calendar is listed there?  Was the calendar wirelessly synchronized on the previous BlackBerry smartphone?
