Z10 BBM setup is hanging.

I have just bought  BBM Z10 and when I started asked me for software update. I followed all instructions and after completed made re start. Since  then it is hanging on checking for update. I have done the following:

 

1. Switched off the device and taken out the battery.

2.Disconnected the USB and kept for long time.

3.Checked my wifi connection and it working fine,

 

now since many over 3 hours still hanging ,

 

can someone help

Try this keeping your BlackBerry powered on, remove the battery for five minutes and reinsert.
