Z10 - Backup

I wonder if someone can explain me what happened.

I tried for one month to make the Z10 backup on my PC without success, I wrote threads about it.

The BB Link release didn't solve my problem as for all win/ users.

Yesterday someone advised me that backup was possible.

After connection with PC, Z10 had his backup for the first time.

I would like to know if I have the right idea: BB Link and Z10 were not updated in the last days, so the problem was solved by Microsoft ( I had a number of automatic updating), giving the right drivers to the users.

Just for my knowledge.

In any case one of the three critical problems (for me) of Z10 is solved.

Good to see that you figured it out. It can be many things that prevented you from backing up your Z10. :smileyhappy:

I heard about a lot o users with win7 that yesterday solved thei backup problem with Z10.

Someone put his hands in and it was Microsoft in my opinion...

Yes JS, you would be great if could explain me how...!

Now just the other two points (vital) for me and I will declare that I have a new wonderful Z10.

Sync with outlook (they must do this for offices) and possibility to delete just on device.

But I'm reading your Z10 general thread and I feel something will move soonest.

I check if I had posts just on backup problem in order to amend them.
