A blank screen appeared and did nothing, i am reloading my blackberry now to relove the issue, since we are pretty much testing this new device we should at least get a crack at the new Q when it comes out

how do you reload the os is this different from the security wipe?

A security wipe won't help, as it won't touch core apps.
After spending hours searching for a solution yesterday, I came acoss this and it worked:

You will be updating your OS through the web. IE and Chrome didn't work for me, but FireFox did.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it went for you.

JONEVITORINO, if you've tried many things, what specifically?
How can we recommend not knowing what you have already done?
ALSO: You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.
