Please try to understand that what is "reasonable" to you and what may be contractually required of you may not be the same thing, and the contractual requirements will always "win" in such situations. Your choice of purchase and service methods results in an even more challenging formal support situation than the link I provided earlier to you discusses. But, in essence, you agreed to that support method when you made your decisions to purchase as you did. No one here can change what you contractually agreed to.

Hi,

I already did reinstall with sim and without sim in every country what I visited.

Current status of this issue is SOLVED!

I had to make 3 calls to Blackberry and 3rd time it was real pleasure. It was professional. First two just recommended to use Blackberry knowledge base - "there are all information what you need" what they said.
But on third time, they asked at least my device PIN number, and figured out what is the problem.
My device had registration issue, it was blocked in UK. I have not been in UK since July this year and my Z10 what I bought from Germany is 1 wee old. They removed blocking and after software reload, I managed to connect and start using my phone again.

I want to say thank you to everyone who were related with this issue and special thanks to Edward from Blackberry, who showed up real interest about this issue and fixed my phone problems with in minutes.

I have similar problem. They just passing me between BB and service provider. It is really annoying.
Dd you call (877) 255-2377 ? did you pay for the service?

Hi, it's the correct number and I didn't need to pay. I had to call them 3 times. On third time they went through my issue. So you need to be patient.

I have called 4 times and they keep forwarding me to my service provider (Koodo on canada) and they can not do anything.

Do you remember the name of BB agent you talked the third time by any chance?

Did they tell you reason why it's blocked?
My agent name was Edward, I dont know last name, but he was very helpful.

jafarims, You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.
