Z10 HUB - Cannot start

After phone restart, blackberry Hub cannot start, its "preparing" for over 2 hours. I have restarted my device, also, it deleted all folders i had with shourtcuts in menu, and it says there is 7.34 GB of system files.

Any idea what happened here? and how to fix this?

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

By restart, do you mean you removed the battery while the device was powered on?

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

By phone restart i mean my battery died over night, forgot to charge it on.

by 2nd phone restarts, i mean soft, and hard restarts, so both, menu and battery restarts.

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

ok, What is your Operating System loaded to your device?   From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

I'm using 10.2.1.1925 with 1926 Radio - till now, best configuration considering battery life, and overall usage.

And yes, i have tried to 5-swipes restart of hub. Its not even getting to that point.

There is Preparing message, and it drops, like its minimizing, and preparing, and again (its sliding from left upper corner to center - and by saying it i mean preparing message.)

Sory for my poor english, but it's my 3rd language :smileysad:

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

That OS 10.2.1.1925 is pretty buggy... You need to upgrade, very definitely.

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

Ok, my bad, i have put these values from memory, - i had to migrate to my old 9300 to use my phone anyway.

I probably have updated to 10.2.1.2102 (os 2141, radio 2142) in last month, just didnt think about it. I belive i have updated it when it was avaliable OTA, earlier soft i had from CB.

Anyway, sorry for false info.

Re: Z10 HUB - Cannot start

Let's make sure.  Rather than 'probably', let's check:

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?
