Z10 SMTP

First post

 

I updated my Z10 last night and now my email wont send out .

I have changed all the settings and deleted old email and rebooted .

Looks like the update is not a good idea as my mail was working great till then .

Sorry to say but you are correct the new Z10 does not work with our private work emails. I own two domains and have emails accounts with both and they have worked with every BlackBerry until this piece of **bleep**. I have pleaded for help but nothing

after the update to 10.0.10.82 (OTA) my main email stopped sending... my gmail still works but my main work email (pop3) stopped sending out emails... what a disaster...  i'm seriously trying to give Blackberry a fair shot here... but first caller ID was screwed up...  now they fixed it with new update and email stops working right?  BB needs much MUCH better quality control

What email hosts are you using ?

IE : Rogers.com or Outlook.com

Network Solutions for both of my domains. Server settings smtp.mydomain.com port setting 2525 works fine on Playbook and my old torch.

Yes that will work on everything but not the BBZ10 with the latest update .

I have the same issue.  I am with Network Solutions as well and since the upgrade I can't send emails.  I've reverted back to my 9900 so I can stay in business. Thanks RIM...what a joke!!

Port blocking is not Blackberry's fault.
