Z10 Screen looks washed out

I purchased two brand new white Z10s. One of them has a vibrant, clear screen with excellent whites. The second has what appears to be a washed out screen with less contrast and white balance that is rather warm and brownish / reddish. Who can I speak with to exchange the washed out Z10? It's very obvious when the two of them are side by side. I had heard about there being pre-production type models that had these problems and maybe some escaped into normal production? Thanks in advance.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

From what you describe, that would be a warranty issue...and (since you are in the USA, on AT&T) your warranty is serviced by your original place of purchase. So you need to go see them about this situation.

Thanks. Alas, I purchased this from Canada. Is there any way I could get someone in BB US to honor the warranty?

Nobody in the US even sells the device yet so there is nobody to warranty them.
