I can connect my Playbook to the Z10 using WiFi with no problems. The Bridge mode is not very good for Internet use. I found the Bridge mode almost useless with the Z10 and the Playbook.
I am now trying to figure out how to do tethering between the Z10 and the Playbook. This same Playbook works with my 9900 and 9800 for tethering. I went over the settings many times. I tried re-starts, battery pulls on the phone, and etc...
I tried to call Blackberry support. Since the release of the Z10 they are almost impossible to get!

I will be trying the same thing later today.
I think you will have to start the 'hotspot' on the Z10, then any wifi device, including the PB, should be able to sign on and use the Z10 internet connection.
Start 'settings', select 'network connections', select 'mobile hotspot'.
If the hotspot doesn't work with the PB, then I don't know what to do.
I am really disappointed that the bridge function has been removed. It was one of the main uses for my PB. Doing BBM and TXT on a nice big screen with a real keyboard (the BB BT one) was great for me.

I have been assured that the Bridge function will return with a PlayBook 2.2 update.... soon I hope!

The bridge will work for internet access, but with some sites using Java in secure mode there will be no access. This is with https sites using Java.
I am in the middle of dealing with BB about the issue where the Playbook will not Bluetooth tether to the Z10, but it does with the 9900 and older models of phones.
