I have had my Z10 for about 2 months with no problems. Now I can send emails but only receive them by turning the handset off and on The emails will then load but no others later. I have deleted my email address and re set it with the same problem How can I cure this irritating problem? I have had 3 BB's in the past with no problem, I asked EE if they could send me a sim card for the last handset, they can't so I need to sort it out!!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with emails.
Do you have more than one email account? If so, does this happen with all accounts or just this one account?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or are you using your data plan to send/receive email?
Before you restart, do you notice if the network shows LTE/H in capital or lte/h in lower case?

This also happens to me, sometimes G is replace by H but neither make any difference, I've not noticed over wifi but I do have to re-start the device to send

yes the G and H are upper case (capitalized) and I notice it more when I am at work and I guess after I've left the wifi which is at home but it is very random
