Z10 loss of signal

Hi has anybody else had the problem with this. My z10 keeps dropping its signal yet I have full 3G signal on my other blackberry Can have full 3G on other phone yet only 1 bar on g on the z10. If I reboot the the z10 it then comes back showing full h+ this last 5-6 hours then I have to reboot again. Anyone else having same issue

When the signal drops as indicated, do you still see the BlackBerry dots logo next to that signal indicator?

No bb icon vanishes but bbm and Internet still work. It's done it 4 times today

Maybe you don't need to reboot, try swiping down from the top bezel to Settings > Network Connections > Mobile Network and turn off and back on your Mobile Network connection.

 

When you got this z10, did you use an existing SIM card in the device or a brand new SIM card?

Tried to do the setting turn on turn off data network but the problem still persists. I suspect there might be the problem with the device itself and the carriers must replace our devices. Any clues!

Do you have a pull down choice for the connection type, such as 2G, 3G, LTE, or ?

Have you tried changing those settings to one other than currently, and see if the connection stays more constant?
