10.0.10.85 apploader (http://d-h.st/AY8)

Download it and re-install on your BB10, it should get back to where you are. However, make sure your Z10 is not a dev alpha unit.

Re: Z10 stuck after security wipe

this worked for me and it will for you too... try and let meknow

Issue has been solved by flashing a firmware from here:

http://bit.ly/12Q2yUj

Just to make sure that nothing wrong happened, after flashing with the new software I did a security wipe and then update to the latest software.

To do the firmware flash:

1- download the .rar file

2- disconnect all blackberry devices from your computer

3- run the .exe file that you find inside the downloaded .rar file.

4- when the command line window opens, connect your non-working Z10. DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR Z10 WHILE FLASHING THE FIRMWARE OR UPDATING (even if it takes 30 minutes to restart).

5- let the process continue till the end. You can see a progress bar inside the command line window (very helpful).

6- your blackberry will restart normally after the installation is complete.

7- (optional) do a security wipe and then do a software update.

Re: Z10 stuck after security wipe

Hi Gents

Good News... I could Sort Out My Problem....

The whole firmware is corrupt & that's why it's not accepting any software upgrade...

Please download complete Frimware for Z10 from this link:

https://mega.co.nz/#!p8tkkIpJ!WB2EfEYBIf-1OcNGaV7_JzyKYzhCPP8quFyM0ziXeFQ

It's almost a 900MB Zip file, downloaded & it worked like a Charm...

Appreciate some feedback

Cheers
