Z10 stuck on 'preparing to restart' post software update

Hi, I have just downloaded the software update for Z10.  All loaded fine until phone tried to restart.  It has been stuck on 'preparing to restart' for about an hour!

Just take out the battery, wait 30 seconds at least and pop it in

It should be up and running
