Hi, I'm using it on HSPA (or H+).
Do a reboot will eliminate this issue for a while, sometimes can keep it normal for an hour or less then the internet connection just dropped.
When I was experiencing the internet issue, the Hotspot option was still set to "ON" and the BB logo beside the signal bar still there, but neither the device itself nor the devices that using this hotspot can access the internet. Then if I try to turn hotspot off and on again or switch to Flight mode and then switch back, the BB logo beside the signal bar disappears.
I just did a factory reset and restored my data, I'll try it for a while and report back later.

Just to report that the factory reset via Blackberry Link can eliminate this issue. I haven't experienced the issue till now, so the factory reset maybe regard as a possible solution.
