New to the board and looking for a little bit of help.
I have an AT&T Z10 and recently upgraded my software after using a non-BB phone for a little while.
I'm now no longer able to open, compose or send a text message with my device.
I tried both taking the battery out and doing a complete wipe of the device. Neither has helped solve the problem.
Any help/fixes would be greatly appreciated. I certainly don't want to have to go back to iPhone or an Android device as I like the Hub and the virtual keyboard much more.

When I try to text, it does nothing. The screen simply doesn't respond. Same thing happens if I try to open a text. I touch the message, but it won't open or do anything.
Software version is: 10.1.0.2019
Device says I have the latest software.
