Z10 won't start

I was trying to update my Z10 software to the latest one because I couldn't download applications on the version I had (received like that). Software will just hang, so I performed a security wipe. After that, my screen just went blank and it is now showing a picture of a phone with a USB cable connecting to a computer. I cannot use my Z10 anymore. I tried to reload the software, I tried via blackberry link on my desktop, as well as over the internet on the BB website - nothing helps. PLEASE HELP.

Re: Z10 won't start

Hi

I have just tried this. it tells me that there are no software updates available. The green light does go on and it searches, but still does not load.

Re: Z10 won't start

I tried again and this is the error message it gives me: A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.
