I got my Z10 two weeks ago in South Africa.  My FB app does not work properly, it groups news feeds from weeks back and does not show recent feeds, and my SMS description comes up in the HUB in a foreign language I do not understand and there is no setting to change this?  Also, I cannot load Whatsapp, it is not available in the Blackberry store.  When will it be available in the BB Store in South Africa or is there any other link that can be used to download it on the Z10?

Facebook is rubbish in the App form anyway, and it doesn't load up to date news. Not sure how to help with the language thing - is the software up to date? Whatsapp is available in some countries but you could try and sideload OpenWhatsApp which is an Android app. It is a bit glitchy too but it will get you back in touch!! Google how to sideload Android apps :smileyhappy: it is pretty simple!
