after realese upgrade for europe app world is flooded?

i want skype on my bb z10 now i have upgrade but dont have access to app world even from computer or qr code or even from phone, is this really bussines phone?

What version of BlackBerry 10 are you currently running?  Go to Settings>About to find this information.

 

10.1 software is required to download SKype.  Do you get a specific error when accessing these applications?

10.1.0.273 after few tryis i installed finnally skype but i cant upgrany any other app

ups today aeverything works fine so maybe appworld was flooded? because whole weekend its not working even in browser on computer
