blackberry Z10 Mail and battery problem

HI,

 

I am using z10 from last 6 months and every week i am facing strange problem. Last month i have configured Active sync for my official mail. it was working fine from last 20 days but suddenly 2 days back i am not able to view any mail in inbox. all senttings are ok and i am able to send mail others folders are able to sync but i am not able to see any mails in inbox folder.  All the mails are availble on server becasue i am able to see all mail through webmail. Also my z10 battery is dischaging with in 5 hours after full charging.

 

Can some body guide to solve the proble.

Hi mccpraveen,

 

Do all of your messages arrive directly in the inbox on your mail server or do they get re-directed to a subfolder?
