blackberry protect

Hi, i am unable to log into blackberry protect on my pc and dont know why, does anyone have any suggestions

Ensure that BlackBerry Protect is enabled in your Z10 settings, and that it is associated with your BlackBerry ID. Then use your BlackBerry ID to login.
