hi

My BB Z10 is showing conneting to PC icon

what could be the issue ,

 

i have tried to update the software but it is not connecting to PC .

 

now i am not able to access the phone @ all .

To better assist you I have a couple questions, is the BlackBerry Z10 displaying a error message? Have you reinserted the battery? And when did this issue first occur?
