Hi,

I just trying to restore my backup from blackberry link in apple mac, but suddenly it give me error "cannot repair due of error: (null)".

I have been trying to turn on/off the device, but it seems can't help. The screen is blank

Any advices are appreciated.

I am having the same problem. I even tried restoring to factory setting through a windows machine but still nothing, as if it was bricked I am affriad.

Were you trying to migrate data from a BlackBerry 7 smartphone to your new BlackBerry Z10?

Or was this a BlackBerry 10 backup file?

For me, i have the same problem, i was trying to restart it to its original settings, because none of the applications were working, and now i received this message, its so frustrating... need help soon.. thank you

Same Here !

Bought it yesterday (unlocked and without any carrier plan)...

After few hours testing i wanted it "clean" and "new as out of the box"

I tried to do it from BBLink on my Mac and since then i have a 600 euros brick on my Desk... !

Already almost spent the night trying to solve the problem. Still not working

So i decided to give up.

Thank you RIM/BlackBerry for convincing me keeping my pair of iPhone 5... (by the way on this one you can sync more than 30 days of your life).

EDIT : But what worries me most is after many weeks (4 at least) knowing this issue, no one came with a serious and reliable answer yet !
