I cannot find any reference in the Z10 users' manual with respect to changing one's email signature from the default ("Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network.") to a custom created one.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Open your Hub and press the three dots in the lower right corner and select Settings. Then click Email Accounts then once again click on the account in question. You can edit the signature from there.
