Could you answer my question? When you try to add a contact , what happens?

 

And didn't you say above, you are seeing those you've previously added?

Ok so when I try to add a contact I do usual procedure: number, name, save. After I save though the number does not appear in my contact list. I only continue seeing the numbers I added BEFORE this problem occurred.

OK, now, when you go to create that NEW contact, look at the very TOP of screen above where you add the picture of the contact... you should see a "Save to: Local Contacts, SIM, etc.,"

 

What do you see there, where is the contact being saved to?
