e-mail account

I have recently deleted one of my e-mail accounts from my blackberry z 10 but the account is still showing up in the hub. Does anyone know how to delete it from the hub?

Re: e-mail account

It should delete automatically..

Check your Settings > Accounts. Is it postively removed from that accounts?

If so, go back to your Hub, and with the Hub open, swipe from the top right to center of the screen five times in a row. That will reset the Hub. Does that email account appear now?

Re: e-mail account

And you did the Hub reset?

Rebooted the device?

Interesting question...

If you went in to System Settings and then Accounts, and did the deletion the rest should soon follow. It may take some time for the phone to catch up through the servers.

After doing an account delete, I would also do a re-boot of the phone to help clear it.

You can also go in to the HUB setup and move the slider to Off for showing the particular account. That will force it to not show until it has been cleared.
