email forwarding problem

I am unable to forward the content of any email & my IT guys cant figure out the fix.
I travel a lot for business & must be able to redirect email.
When I reply to an email the content of the previous email is also not included... just a blank screen. I am extremely frustrated. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your email.

 

Are you using BlackBerry Enterprise Server (using Balance) or did you add your email account using Microsoft ActiveSync? Or did you add it using IMAP/POP?
